All work created by Evon Creates remains the intellectual property of Evon Creates until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, usage rights will be transferred as outlined in the applicable client agreement.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, resell, or exploit any work, designs, or content produced by Evon Creates without prior written permission, except as expressly granted in your client agreement.
We retain the right to display all completed work in our portfolio, on social media, and in other promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Section 4 – Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to ensure the information on this site is accurate and current, but we make no guarantees about its completeness or timeliness. Any reliance on material on this site is at your own risk. We reserve the right to modify site content at any time without obligation to update it.
Section 5 – Pricing & Modifications
Pricing for services is subject to change without notice. Any quotes or estimates provided are valid for the period stated in the proposal. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time and shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, or discontinuation.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information for all transactions. Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. Failure to submit payment by the agreed date may result in suspension of work or termination of the project.
